The location is fantastic! I have enjoyed many afternoons working on my laptop outside, under a ramada or on the grass lakeside at Gila Springs. There is a wonderful greenbelt jog path through the neighborhood, and lots of restaurants and shops less than a mile away… Teakwoods, Starbucks, Fresh & Easy, McCool’s, Regal Beagle, and even the infamous Heart Attack Grill.

I lived in this condo for three years before becoming a homeowner. I loved it and the location; which I miss from time to time. Best of all was my wonderful roommate and landlord. If you like being close to everything this is the place for you. Not to mention how quiet the area is and laid back the owner is as well.

I lived here for 1 year and I must say it was a great place to live. Very quiet community, close to everything either by a short drive or walking. The landlord is the most laid back landlord ever. She does not hound you at all and if something is broken it gets fixed right away. She even has professional cleaners come clean the place once a month. I would still be living there today if not for some personal issues.
